I’ve had great success with this as an amazing aphrodisiac. When all the hormonal medications I’ve been on for years to increase libido have failed me, this gem is my saving grace! My husband and I thank you!

what's inside
Every herb in this blend is sourced organic, hand-blended, and chosen with intention. Tap any leaf to learn more.
Damiana (Turnera diffusa) carries centuries of reverence from Mexico, Central America, and the American Southwest, where it has been woven into ritual, courtship, and everyday moments of restoration. Its smooth, slightly spicy smoke is welcoming even to sensitive lungs, making it one of the most beloved herbs in the smokable botanical tradition.
When drawn slowly and with intention, Damiana offers a quality that herbalists often describe as grounding yet quietly uplifting — a rare pairing that suits both solitary reflection and the warmth of shared ceremony. Many who work with this herb find it softens the edges of a long day while keeping the mind clear and present, rather than distant.
Damiana blends gracefully with other botanicals, lending its aromatic character to custom herbal smoking blends, or it can be enjoyed on its own as a simple, single-herb smoke. Whether you are building a personal ritual, exploring plant-based tobacco alternatives, or simply curious about the smokable herb tradition, Damiana is a gentle and time-honored place to begin.
Bear Blend sources certified-organic Damiana with attention to origin and integrity, honoring the land and communities that have tended this plant for generations.
good to know
Damiana can be smoked loose in a pipe, rolled in papers, or blended with complementary herbs such as mullein, rose, or skullcap. A small pinch is enough to sense its character. For ceremony or quiet ritual, try pairing the smoke with slow, conscious breathing and a moment of stillness before and after.
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. An airtight jar or sealed pouch will preserve the aromatic oils and keep the herb fresh for many months. Avoid humidity, which can diminish both flavor and quality over time.
Damiana is a smokable botanical intended for use by adults as part of a personal herbal or ceremonial practice. It is not a dietary supplement and is offered here in the spirit of plant tradition and exploration. As with any new herb, starting slowly and listening to your body is always wise.

Very gentle and relaxing when smoked on its own or mixed with other herbs, like cannabis' little sister; has the calming, anxiety reducing effects without the intoxication. My only complaint is that my tin got stuck shut twice- second time I had to pry it open and moved the damiana into a jar instead. Unsure if it's a problem with just that tin or not. Otherwise the herb itself came pre-sifted and ground which is great and you get a good amount of it.
