Shipping Policy

US Shipping

All orders are processed within one to three business days (excluding holidays and weekends) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a separate email when your order has shipped. Once shipped, please allow 2 to 7 business days for delivery.

Orders placed after 3 PM Pacific Time on Fridays will be processed the following business week.

All US shipping is fulfilled via USPS.

International Shipping

Bear Blend ships to the United States and Canada at this time. For inquiries about shipping to other countries, please contact support.

Tracking

A tracking number will be provided in your shipment confirmation email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to populate in the carrier system.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking shows "delivered" but you have not received your package, please allow 3 business days for USPS to retrieve and re-deliver. After 3 business days, contact support@bearblend.com with your order number.

Address Changes

Address changes can only be made within 15 minutes of order placement. After that, orders enter our fulfillment queue and cannot be modified. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
