Refund Policy

Bear Blend accepts returns of unopened products within 30 days of delivery. Opened products are not eligible for return for hygiene and quality reasons.

If a product is defective on arrival, contact support@bearblend.com with photos of the issue and your order number, and we will issue a refund or replacement.

Once a refund is issued, most banks take 3 to 5 business days to credit the funds.
