How to Use the Bear Blend Lovers Ritual Bundle
This ritual is not about doing things perfectly.
It is about being present.
Set aside an evening where phones are off, lights are low, and there is nowhere else to be. Lightly tidy your space, open a window if you can, and agree together on one simple intention before you begin: to slow down and share the moment fully.
(Best prepared a few days ahead, or the same day as a tea)
Blue Lotus and Damiana
There are two ways to work with these plants:
Option A: Ceremonial Infusion
Place the Blue Lotus and Damiana into a bottle of tequila or red wine and allow it to infuse for a few days. This slow extraction brings out the plants’ traditional heart-opening and relaxing qualities. When ready, sip gently and intentionally.
Option B: Shared Tea
Steep the Blue Lotus and Damiana together in hot water. Pour into two cups and drink slowly together, allowing the body and breath to soften.
This step sets the tone for the evening.
Rose Petals
Fill a bath or bowl with warm water and gently add the rose petals. Sprinkle them slowly and with intention.
You may soak together, wash each other’s hands, or simply let the aroma fill the space. Rose has long been associated with tenderness, emotional openness, and heart-centered connection.
You also may want to save some for the sprinkling on the bed.
Moon Ceremonial Blend
Choose how you would like to work with the Moon blend:
This blend is meant to ground the nervous system and invite intuition and quiet presence. Take turns preparing it for one another.
Frankincense Rope Incense
Light the incense and allow the smoke to move through the room. Frankincense has been used ceremonially for thousands of years to cleanse space and signal the beginning of ritual.
Take a few shared breaths as it burns.
Shaman Rolliez
A little smoke. A little intention.
No words are required.
Kin Nik Nik Cherry Liquid Elixir
This part of the ritual invites playfulness and closeness.
Place a few drops on one another’s skin, taste it, and gently lick it away. Kin Nik Nik is edible, sensual, and traditionally used as a ceremonial blend to encourage connection and shared laughter.
Let curiosity guide this moment.
Amazon ChewChew gently to freshen the breath and bring awareness into the mouth and body. This step helps anchor attention in physical sensation and the present moment
Final Note
This ritual can be sensual, emotional, playful, quiet, or deeply grounding. There is no correct outcome or ending. Allow the plants to support the experience, and let presence do the rest.
